In my last post, I did confessed that I was hungry... and I really was...
But the good news is, not anymore.. Because I have eaten dinner afterwards..
*ackward silence*
Ooookaayyyy...
Moving on...
So guess what I had for dinner?
I'm not much for cooking, primarily because I find it to take so much time, most of the time... (including the preparation and the washing of the cookware etc)
Yes, I know, unlike typical caveman, I'm one of those lazy ones..
And due to my laziness, I decided that I will cook a lot of food at once, and store it in the fridge, and just take what I want and put it into the microwave whenever I feel like eating...
(of course buying some fast frozen food save much more time and energy, but recently I decided to eat a little bit more healthy, and thus the cooking some of the times)
And because yesterday all the food that I have stored in the fridge have already been finished, I have to once again cook something...
So here are some of what I did...
I marinated some chicken breast...
Yeah, chicken breast are kind of more expensive than other parts, but it is kind of easier to prepare and cook... Plus I don't have any chicken bones to throw out after I eat... It's a definitely win-win situation (except for some extra bucks I spend)... But thinking about it, if I have chicken wings etc, I would be eating much more anyways, compared to chicken breast that tend to make me full faster, so I guess it does balanced out..
I also cut some potatoes, and prepare them to be put into the oven... I tried to make them into pieces of wedges or something, I guess...
I did put some of this, whatever that is, so that it looks, um, more edible I guess, haha...
I also cut some vegetables into pieces...
To be honest, I don't really like to eat vegetables... The vegetable taste make it hard for me to swallow them.. But I found that when I steam these vegetables, they don't really have that much of such taste anymore... So after years and years of boycott, I now can actually eat them veges...
Then I basically grill the chicken breasts...
Yep, like I mentioned, this is prepared for several days of meal, basically...
I take out the potatoes from the oven...
And take the veges from the steamer...
Let them cool off...
And store them into the fridge...
While taking some for my long awaited dinner...
And this is basically what I have...
And what I will be having for a number of days too, I guess, until I need to cook yet again...
Oh yeah, I also have that Algerienne and Samurai Sauce to go with the chicken, potatoes and veges, for added flavor..
Oh I actually forgot, I normally have some boiled eggs to... Yeah, I boil many eggs at once, and store them in the fridge too, like the rest of the dishes.. (I'm too lazy to cook every day, remember)
P.S: By the way, if anyone is wondering why I have actually decided to eat more healthy, well, it is because I want to get more into shape so that I will have the strength and energy to go through all the dates with all the 10000 asian women waiting for me... I mean, that is heck of a lot of asian women waiting for me right? The least I can do is to have enough energy not to disappoint too many of them..
@maniacsicko - The key word in there being "should" :P
Mhmm, tadi berbuka dengan masak lemak ketam dan nenas, kerang rebus, ikan masin, sambal belacan and some ulam. Huahua.
Good luck in dating those Asian Women. Oh lupa, you don't need any luck. :p
@silverlocket_88 - ketam? pergh... i malas ngan ketam ni satu je, sebab susah nak amik isi dia... kalau ada isteri penyayang yg tolong keluarkan isi dia dan tolong suapkan, then mmg sodap la i makan banyak².. haha
@maniacsicko - Takpa, mesti ada salah sorang dari 10000 Asian Women tu yang sanggup kupaskan ketam. Hakhak.
My Jesse is here with me - reading your blog. And she said, you overcooked your veggies :p
Pandai masak rupanya you. Nasib baik 'crush' I kat you dah sembuh. Kalau masih ada 'crush' tu, sure I ter'crush' even more :p :p
@KnightInCROATIANarmor - If you marrying me, I gonna feed you with veggies and fruits for the rest of our marriage life... LOL
OK, where is my invitation to join you for supper. You can come and stay here for a holiday but you may have to cook .
LOL- about the 10000 asian women. Sheez.
The food looks pretty good! Did you enjoy it?
Wah eah yuumm.. enaknyaaaaa :o
Looks delicious!
@bethro78 - i sure did! (i mean the food, just to be clear)
@RestlessButterfly - i don't even know how to judge if the veges is overcooked or not.. i mean, i never really eat them before, haha
Jesse pun tak pandai sangat memasak, dia cuma pakar comment masakan orang je.
Yum. I think it is practical to cook a couple days' worth of food at once, it is usually not much more work than cooking only the food for 1 meal. I do the same. Makes meal planning easier and quicker. Also leaves more time for other activities.
It takes a lot of stamina to date ten thousand women. A lot of money too. They're all going to order the most expensive item.
I make a big pot of stew and eat it for a week and a half *true story*

And I don't think the caveman needs to change for all those ladies. You're hot enough
